  • Our rates vary, depending on the season you are booking. Please contact us directly for season specials

    These rates apply only to bookings made through our website/direct and are not available on listing platforms such as Airbnb, LekkeSlaap, or Booking.com.

  • A refundable breakage deposit of R2,000 is payable prior to arrival. Refunded within 1 week after departure.

  • Check-in is from 14:00pm onwards.

    Check-out is strictly by 10:00am.

  • Daily servicing/cleaning is not included but available by arrangement and to be paid separately.

    May be limited on public holidays or weekends.

  • No parties / day visitors / excessive noise

    Quiet times after 22h00 until 07h00 daily

    Only 2 cars (incl trailers or motorbikes) allowed

  • Smoking (incl vaping/hookah) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and guests will be charged for a deep-clean post departure should smoking take place within the unit during any stay.

  • Pets are not allowed within the estate or the unit.

  • The unit has an inverter and rechargeable globes have been installed throughout the unit.

  • Water is provided by a private company, Siza Water. They have been servicing the Ballito area since 1999.
